Remember those voices that I talked about in the Conquering Kryptonite blog post? Well, I started listening and didn’t like what I heard. So I decided to look into some tools to help with the negative talk. My favorite resource so far has taught me to create anchor thoughts. Anchor thoughts are a powerful tool that help prevent your limiting beliefs from growing into worry or anxiety. They do that by keeping you anchored to the present moment.
