Kaila Antisdel is a branch manager at North Star Community Credit Union in Sheldon. She has been with the credit union for more than a year. Kaila has been working in the finance industry for more than five years. Kaila graduated from Briar Cliff University in 2012 with her bachelor’s degree in human resource management. She also just recently finished her master’s degree from Briar Cliff University in management and leadership in May of this year. She likes how involved credit unions are in their communities and how they help their members.
Kaila moved to northwest Iowa in April 2020. Outside of work she enjoys traveling to see friends and family back home in southwest Iowa. She is excited to learn more about credit unions and meet people from all over the state!

Olivia Brown is a member relationship specialist at Collins Community Credit Union in Cedar Rapids. She has worked at Collins for two years this September. Since being new to the credit union industry in 2019, she started as a member relationship specialist I and has since become a member relationship specialist III. Olivia’s favorite part so far in her career path has been being able to help and educate every member she comes in contact with and help them ignite their financial future.
Olivia lives in Clarence with her fiancée and sweet little girl, Josie (4), who keeps her very busy. They also have a dog named Khloe. She likes to spend her free time with her family, having mini get aways and being outdoors.
Chelsea Bullington is a branch manager at Serve Credit Union in Urbandale. She attended The University of Northern Iowa and studied finance. Chelsea has been working in the credit union industry for the last 13 years. She likes to call herself a “lifer."
Chelsea lives in her hometown with two dogs and 10 chickens. Outside of work, you can find her enjoying the sun, walking trails, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Carli Campbell is a trainer at Community 1st Credit Union in Ottumwa. She has worked there for more than two years and thoroughly enjoys every moment of the credit union industry. Carli attended Indian Hills Community College and received her associate of arts degree in 2018. She is currently attending Buena Vista University and will graduate at the end of August 2021 with her bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in marketing. Carli enjoys welcoming and training new hires that join the credit union and sharing her love and passion for what she does. She also gets to train existing employees that receive promotions at the credit union and loves educating employees on various processes at her credit union. Carli feels that she has found her forever career at her credit union, as she has discovered a love and passion for credit unions that she didn’t know existed.
In her spare time, Carli enjoys putting puzzles together and spending time with friends and family. She also loves to read a good book and take a walk on a cool summer evening. Carli has two babies (cats) at home that are spoiled rotten and soaks up every minute with them. On the weekends, she can be found relaxing with her family watching something good on Netflix or Hulu!
Alissa Castle is a loan officer at Members Community Credit Union in Muscatine, Iowa. She has worked there for more than six years. She started out as a member service representative in 2015. In 2020 she expanded her knowledge in the loan department as the loan support. Finally, in 2021 she advanced to a loan officer. As a loan officer, she strives to help people through their lending process and make it an enjoyable experience. She is also passionate about helping members obtain their financial dreams while providing financial education.
Alissa and her husband, Austin, have been married for six years. They have two sons, Slader (3) and Luka (10 months) who are always keeping them on their toes. In her free time, she coaches youth volleyball and track and field with her father and sister. During the summertime, she enjoys going to music festivals with her husband, but fall is her favorite time of year! Cool and crisp air, colored leaves, bonfires with family and friends and, of course, s’mores! Fall is also when one of her favorite sports to watch begins, football! GO HAWKS!
Alaura Gambrall is a financial services officer at Affinity Credit Union. She has worked in finance for three years and has been with Affinity for a year. Alaura has a BAS degree from Des Moines Area Community College with a concentration in finance. Alaura has a passion for helping others in both their financial and personal goals. She thrives to share the credit union way and is excited to see what type of impact she can make going forward.
When Alaura is not at work, she loves spending her free time with her husband and two kids. They spend most of their time at the softball fields, soccer fields, football stadium, or watching her daughter show horses. She is always looking for the next adventure!
Autumn Hernandez is currently the branch manager for Peoples Credit Union in Fort Dodge. She recently graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelor’s degree in social sciences. Autumn has four years of past credit union experience and 13 years of experience in office/project management overall. She has a passion for community involvement and strives to provide the public with the best possible customer service. Autumn revolves her career and personal goals around the “people helping people” credit union philosophy.
Autumn and her family relocated to Fort Dodge last year from Wyoming. She and her husband Brian have two young children, Trenton and Rylie. In her free time Autumn enjoys being outdoors, reading, exercising, and completing home projects.
Genevieve Hults is a member service specialist at Premier Credit Union. She began her credit union journey in 2020 as a member service representative and has advanced by being an avid and eager learner. Genevieve enjoys making members' lives better by letting them know she is always there to listen. She plans to continue pursuing her professional goals with Premier Credit Union and is dedicated to “making lives better."
Originally from Littleton, Colorado, Genevieve moved to Iowa in the spring of 2020. Genevieve chose to move to Iowa for their beautiful scenery and the vast fast tracks Iowa offers. Genevieve enjoys racing a sport modified at the Boone Speedway alongside her father, Ronnie, raising money for suicide and cancer awareness groups. When she’s not going fast, she loves to spend time with her two younger sisters at the farm racing four wheelers and seeing who can catch the bigger fish.
Shannon Kloft is a senior project manager at Dupaco Community Credit Union in Dubuque. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in management information systems, and she received her MBA from Clarke University. Her career began working as an IT auditor in public accounting for two years after college. Prior to Dupaco, she spent 10 years working in operations at a bank holding company. She’s now been with Dupaco for more one year.
Shannon lives in Dubuque with her husband, Chris, and their daughters, Brynn and Evie, and their son, Will. She stays busy with kids' activities and many family camping trips throughout the summer. Shannon has been a Junior Achievement volunteer for many years and is looking forward to teaching in her kids' classrooms as they get older.
Brandon Oertel is an accounting associate at Ascentra Credit Union. Since being hired as an intern in the loan operations department in 2017, he has enjoyed serving members and seeing the credit union's involvement in the community. After graduating with his accounting degree, he applied for a position in the accounting department where he currently works while studying to take the CPA exam. He looks forward to his future growth with the credit union.
Brandon resides in Davenport with his significant other, Thalia. Outside of work you can catch them hiking, hosting game nights with friends, and attending cookouts with family.
Natalie Payne is a universal teller / marketing assistant with The Family Credit Union in the Quad Cities. Natalie graduated from Kirkwood Community College with a degree in criminal justice. While attending Kirkwood, she got a part-time job at a local credit union and loved it so much that she decided to be done with school and go full-time in the finance field.
Outside of working at the credit union, Natalie also helps her grandma with her restaurant by administrating the social media pages and running the register when needed. Natalie takes pride in being a ‘dog mom’ and when not at work can always be found with her dog, Baby Aspen. Natalie is not a one trick pony; however, as she is a volunteer lector at her church and an ordained minister!
Kelly Potter is a member services representative and a collections specialist at Sioux Valley Community Credit Union in Sioux City. She joined her credit union family in November of 2016 after many years in customer service and retail. In her time at SVCCU, Kelly has become the go to tech guru for colleagues and members alike, from mobile banking and app usage, to helping members understand cyber security and their accounts.
In Kelly’s free time, she enjoys attending concerts with her husband, Mike, and cheering on her two daughters, Heather and Hannah, as a dance mom. She also serves as an officer for the Northwest Iowa Chapter of Iowa Credit Unions, where she has spent the last two years as secretary and will be serving as vice president of the chapter this year.
Hunter Sade is a mortgage loan assistant at Linn Area Credit Union in Cedar Rapids. He graduated from the University of Iowa in 2014 with a degree in economics. He started his career in the credit union industry as a financial service representative in 2016. He prides himself on making the mortgage loan experience as seamless as possible.
Hunter grew up in Marion but recently moved to Tiffin with his significant other, Haylie, and their dog, Nala. When not at home or work, you can find them out at the local sand volleyball courts, Volleys, every weeknight or traveling around the country playing volleyball. When not traveling on the weekends, they enjoy watching sports and cheering on the Hawkeyes. Go Hawks!
Lewis Shin is an assistant branch manager at DuTrac Community Credit Union. He's been with DuTrac for six years and in the finance industry for 10 years. He started as a financial services consultant prior to advancing to his current position. Lewis has enjoyed his experience with DuTrac and looks forward to spending many more years helping members.
Lewis and his wife and have three active boys (Kai, Will, Levi) who always keep them busy. They love spending time with family and friends and also enjoy watching, playing, and coaching soccer.
Jonathan Steinkruger is a consumer underwriter at Greater Iowa Credit Union in Ames. He graduated from Simpson College with a bachelor’s degree in economics / finance and business management. Jonathan started his credit union career at Heartland Credit Union in Minnesota as a member service representative and later a financial services officer. He now works with the indirect lending team and deals with F&I personnel at dealerships across Iowa.
Outside of work, Jonathan loves to be active and outdoors, which includes everything from fishing and hunting to camping and hiking. Most weekends he can be found in the field or hiking with friends in a county or state park. When he has a long weekend, Jonathan likes to travel with his partner and camp on the vast public lands America has to offer.
